Secrets Revealed Of How To Learn Telepathy

Feb
20

We human beings can all learn telepathy. Telepathy translates into sensing/transmitting feelings at a distance, and/or doing so without using the five physical senses and without using words. In other words, this is mind-to-mind communication that can often be exchanged instantly even over vast distances.

If you think you can\’t learn telepathy, it\’s time to reconsider. Most of us have already had a telepathic experience of some kind without knowing it. We don\’t realize it\’s this kind of experience, or don\’t even know it\’s happening. Ever suddenly thought about someone you haven\’t thought about or talked to in a long time, then received a call, letter or email from them shortly afterwards? That\’s telepathy.

What happened in this case is that one or the other of you contacted the other telepathically, transmitting longing, affection, wonder, and other emotions.

This telepathic contact encouraged them to get in touch with you. Perhaps you were the first person to think of them, and the other person received your emotions and felt like contacting you. Or maybe they contacted you, felt your return thoughts of them without your being aware of it, and that was the reason they chose to make contact another way. They may have even been planning to get in touch, and you perceived that intent telepathically before the contact ever happened.

Many people believe that they can\’t learn telepathy for one reason or another. This might be because they have a religious background that teaches them that this kind of contact is evil or sorcerous. In these cases, they don\’t try to learn it, and suppress their existing telepathic experiences. Many people have also been told that telepathy is irrational and superstitious, due to the lack of available scientific evidence.

One real barrier that people find when learning telepathy is believing a particular myth. This idea is that regular, spoken language is less important or useful than telepathy, that\’s it\’s inferior. Some people think that as our telepathic abilities decayed over time, we were forced to learn speech. This isn\’t any more true than the belief that telepathy is a product of Satan. Words and telepathy can go together just like the words to a song go with the music.

In that analogy, the lyrics would be spoken words and the music would be telepathy. Each one enhances the other. Words are needed to clarify and more sharply define the telepathic feelings. This was why words were developed in the first place. Unfortunately, it clearly appears to be the case that over a long period of time people became so dependent on language that they came to neglect their development of telepathic communication.

So, if your interest is peaked and you want to open up new doors of perception and closeness with other people, how can you learn telepathy? It\’s actually not nearly as difficult as it sounds to the uninitiated. All it takes is what everything takes: practice.

The first thing you need to do if you\’re going to practice telepathic contact is partner with someone. Ideally, you should choose someone you\’ve been good friends with for a long time. Choose someone who\’s also open minded about telepathy and, if possible, pick a partner who also wants to learn this method of communication. Beginners benefit from positive reinforcement.

The next thing you must do is separate from your partner. You don\’t have to go far, but you need to be unable to see one another or to give one another conscious or unconscious cues. Relax as much as you can, since tension can really interfere with the process. Clear your mind of stress and concerns. Make sure you have a way of getting in touch with your partner once you\’re done – a telephone is an excellent choice.

Decide who\’ll go first, then visualize the other person as clearly as you can in your mind. Alternate who is doing this, and imagine a connection between you. This connection can take many forms, but a string of light or something similar are very common images.

Now, \’send\’ your thoughts about something through that thread or from one light to the other light, like a telephone call or Web cam transmission. Keep your thoughts simple and make them as clear as you can – think about a photograph of your kids you have in front of you or something simple like that for now.

Now, when you feel that this transmission has gone through, contact the other person and ask them if they saw anything. Then, compare notes to see how effective the process was. Once you\’re done with this, your partner should try sending to you.

When you\’re starting out, if you don\’t feel like you\’re able to make a transmission after fifteen minutes or so, take a break. Keep early attempts simple and brief so you\’re not tired or frustrated. Negativity doesn\’t help.

If you\’re interested in learning telepathy, positive energy is one of the most important things. Don\’t give up until you begin to see results, and you\’ll find a whole new world opening up in front of you.

Chakra Meditation – Chakra Sound Secrets Revealed!

Jan
21

The word chakra comes from the Sanskrit language, and means a vortex or spinning wheel. It is also used to refer to the seven chakras found in the human body, corresponding to the different glands of the body. The first chakra is found at the spinal base and the seventh at the crown. All chakras are centers of spinning energy.

Everything moving causes vibrations, and since chakras are centers of spinning energy, there is vibration here. This vibration brings about sound, which is the reason why different body parts vibrate with different frequencies at the different chakras.

There are not only seven independent chakra sounds for the seven chakras but also seven colors associated with the different chakras. These colors also vibrate at different frequencies where both the chakra sound and color helps in the restoration of balance in the chakras. This in turn helps in the restoring of health.

You only need your voice for sound healing via chakra sounds, to feel better, calmer and clearer in a matter of minutes. However these chakra sounds should be soft and gentle, and not longer than five minutes duration each.

1. Sound healing starts with the deepest sound you can make, UH. This is to be done with eyes closed and attention concentrated on the base chakra of your spinal base. With this sound, you have to note the sound resonance in the body in the chakra, and not from your throat. This chakra sound can be visualized with red color and should be said for a minute or two.

2. The second chakra sound comes from the second chakra found about three inches below the naval. The chant for this chakra sound is OOO which can be complimented with the color orange. Eyes have to be closed for one to two minutes when chanting to realize the balancing of this chakra with other chakras.

3. OH is the third chakra sound that has to come from the navel chakra located in the navel area. Yellow is the complimenting color and the chakra sound should start softly and gently, but with a higher tone than the last sound.

4. AH is the sound people cry out when in love, and is also the chakra sound for the heart chakra. This chakra is located in the middle of the chest, and is related to love. It is associated with the color green and has to be started with a soft and gentle sound that has a higher pitch than the previous chakra sound.

5. The chakra sound for the throat chakra is EYE which has blue as its complimenting color. Like other chakra sounds, this chakra sound too has to be of a higher pitch than previous sounds

6. AYE is the chakra sound for the third chakra found a bit higher than the two eyes, and in the forehead. The chakra sound is associated with indigo and has to be started with a soft and gentle tone, but should be of a higher pitch than previous sounds.

7. EEE is the highest sound you can create for the crown chakra found at the top of the head. Purple can be used for complimenting this chakra sound which starts with the highest EEE sound you can make. This chakra sound too starts soft and gentle.

The eyes have to be closed when chanting all chakra sounds with attention concentrated on the different chakras. This focus on the chakra starts projecting the chakra sound from the chakra. And the resonance from the sound chakras helps in the balance and alignment of the each chakra with other chakras.

After the exercise, you are sure to feel light headed. It is better to relax or meditate after this to process your experience and realize the actual benefits you gain through chakra sounds.

Chakra Healing Can Enhance Your Whole Life

The Chakra Point of View

A chakra is an alignment point of the body and it can receive and relay the life force energy. The word Chakra comes from the Sanskrit, it describes the continual spinning of a wheel or the aural energy sphere within the body of mankind. According to Hindu writings there are something like eighty thousand chakra points within our body. The most essential of chakra points are those that are found along the spinal column and up to the crown of the head and these are the seven chakra points.

The seven chakras involve the root, navel, stomach, the heart, throat, and brow and the crown chakras. These featured chakra points have the ability to transmit and receive energy from the general surroundings as well as those individuals in it and other influential elements of the surroundings. Chakras can influence activities of an individual that deal with emotional, spiritual, intellectual, mystical, psychological and corporeal issues.

There is a common thread that runs through the viewpoint of Chinese medicine, the explanation of modern psychology of human thought processes and consciousness, or the Hindus mystical perception of the external and internal experience of an individual. That is that the chakras are indeed distinct concerning their definitions or explanations.

No matter if we are sleeping or awake the chakras are continually in motion. Our actions, deeds, glandular processes, structure, appearance and any physical disorders are influenced by this constant activity. An imbalance develops and then makes it known in other areas of our life or body when one or more of these chakras malfunctions for various reasons.

This happens because all the seven major chakras correspond with the associated endocrine gland within our body. When there is any type of imbalance in the functioning of a chakra it influences our emotional and physical processes and then reveals a disorder in the normal pattern of behavior or activity by means of the endocrine gland it associates with.

Maintaining the Balance of Chakra Using the above as our point of beginning, we can assume safely that the majority of our ailments and illnesses are related to our chakras. Even though there may not be enough materialization of imbalance or illness, there may yet be concerns or emotions that come from our childhood that influence us spiritually, emotionally and physically.

One of the biggest causes of chakra imbalance is the repressed or forgotten emotional baggage we carry due to those past traumatic experiences. Many individuals habitually bury their bad memories into their subconscious, unaware that these emotional toxins that are buried inside them will influence their bodies on a cellular level. Therefore, it is essential to deal with emotional baggage once and for all in order to maintain a proper balancing of the chakras which ignites a healing process to begin on the physical self.

Chakra Healing is good for the Body. We directly influence our chakras when we take on such activities as aromatherapy, color therapy and Reiki healing by bringing balance to the chakras while using such items as gemstones, pendulums and crystals.

The performances of yoga breathing and physical exercises are beneficial to maintaining chakra balance within the body and it is something that many individuals enjoy participating in.

There is a wide variety of chakra healing methods, such as using CDs and audio guided visualization tapes to inspire techniques of relaxation and natural healing or focusing on an object, thought or awareness for a particular amount of time. These help by reducing stress and channeling relaxation and mind power.

The chakras work constantly to maintain the body, even though we cannot see or touch them.

In order for the chakras to be in balance the body must be fed properly and enjoy good health. Each of the seven major chakras has specific foods that aid in maintaining balance.

The root chakra takes nourishment from spices, protein rich food and root vegetables. Foods such as nuts, seeds, sweet fruits, cinnamon and vanilla nourish the sacral chakra. The solar plexus chakra that enhances out sense of personal self love and self confidence is nourished by consuming dairy products, pasta, breads, spicy mints and cereals.

The heart chakra takes nourishment from green leafy vegetables and green tea. Tangy fruits like apples and peaches as well as the consumption of plenty of fruit juices and water aid in nourishing the throat chakra.

The brow or third eye chakra which enhances our sharpness of third eye sight and an in-depth sense of our own psychical gifts is nourished by consuming grapes, blueberries, grape juice and wine.

The crown chakra, which is our spiritual and emotional center will benefit from being detoxified. This is achieved by fasting and the ritual inhalation of various herbs and incense.

We can influence our health when we influence or stimulate our chakras. Doing so inspires us to be more responsive in our lives as we become completely in tune with our general surrounding as well as all the other elements of the physical and metaphysical environment we live in.

Is It Really So Nice To Be Nice?

Oct
16

“I did not attend his funeral; but I wrote a nice letter saying I approved of it.” – Mark Twain

Niceness is now universal in our society. Everyone and everything is nice to one another, by way of being nice to themselves. Niceness has come to define us, so that when historians come to write of our era they will speak of us as people who were unfailingly “nice”.

By “niceness” I do not mean any kind of genuine or heartfelt sentiment. Niceness originates not from a desire to please others but from the desire to be well thought of – a self-serving urge. Niceness is a faade, erected amid a culture of narcissism. Genuine kindness is the opposite of niceness; its inverse, to the extent whereby the two cannot co-exist. Kindness is intended to make others feel good; niceness is a tool used to encourage them to be (or at least seem) kind to you.

As well as being the era of “niceness”, ours is the age of political correctness gone global. The two are, in fact, closely related, and the latter may be seen as the deliberate and inevitable result of the dominance of the former. Political correctness has come to dominate North America, keeping the country’s people locked in an over-regulated linguistically-policed state of mind. Political correctness is everywhere – enforced upon the media as it is upon the lawmakers and those who keep the law. We have no choice in the matter, but must adhere to the doctrine – the philosophy – of political correctness whether we want to or not. To object to its dominance is to mark yourself out as a target. To speak out against the rampant dominance of the politically correct is to identify yourself as hostile to the society which they have come to control. To take this to its logical extreme, anyone who goes so far as to even acknowledge that The Game exists is skating on very thin ice. To maintain your conviction, moreover, is the ultimate form of political suicide.

Political correctness is niceness elevated to the level of philosophy. It is the new orthodoxy, literally defining North American society. It is reflected in the media, in our laws, in our politics. Being politically correct in your presentation is not a matter of choice; it is a social mandate. Taking any strong position on any topic is tantamount to social suicide. These days, someone being politically incorrect is the equivalent of having spoken out against the party in the Soviet Union or decrying Christian values in the Victorian era. For instance, even the vaguest suggestion that the game exists, is a complete faux pas in the politically correct world. If one is foolish enough to press the point, one risks become a social pariah.

What exactly is political correctness? It is easier to say what it is not. It is not racist, it is not sexist and it is not restrictive. It is not anything at all! It is intolerance of intolerance itself. Any ideology draws a boundary somewhere as to what is acceptable and what is not; what is tolerable and what is not. Propriety, in the past, was prescribed by dogma. Ironically, political correctness denounces dogma as being intolerant, yet manages to be no less judgmental. In the end all we are left with is blandness, tepidness, mediocrity; in other words, niceness!

And all this is the work of the Players who have trapped us in their Game. Equipped with false sentiment and the shield of politically correct jargon to cover their retreat, they set themselves up as the great positive proponents of negativity. Anyone who objects is excluded from the society they now govern. They have taken our rights and our liberties and constructed a prison for our minds. And everything has been done without the slightest impediment because, whatever else they may be, they are unstintingly nice about it all!

Seeing All That Life Has To Offer

Sep
08

Have you ever noticed that sometimes we see only what we want to see? You would think that as much focus as we are able to place in any part of our lives that we would see things clearly. That is not always the case, and I share with you a story about how easy it is to miss what is right before your eyes. Sometimes our perceptions get in the way.

On a recent trip to Oregon I spent a pleasant evening playing cribbage with a long time friend. Our games have the competitive spin, but we always make them fun as well. This friend happens to be very good at cribbage, and rarely misses any points, and is exceptionally good at grabbing my points missed.

This series of games had a very even matched quality, ending within only a few points difference. When the third game gave its two-to-three score, it was decided to have a tie-maker so we could end the match with both of us winning.

The pressure was now on more than in the previous games. We made the first turn of the board fairly even, then the second. Then a turn of the cards gave me the lead, and this was just the opposite of what we needed to have our tie-making conclusion to the match.

As we neared the finish my friend had a chance to catch up, but when she counted what could have been her winning hand she missed points. Fair is fair, so I called them and took them.

This was an unusual event, watching her miss not just one point giving combination but two of them. Yes, I know, she said, I had my attention on the card I threw away earlier in the game. Not only did she stay stuck on what she had lost, but she carried that feeling of loss into the hand she kept, and couldn’t see what was right under her nose.

I smiled, and said, “Thank you, that goes right along with my book”. Then I rested my hand on the draft copy that was resting on the table, ready for her to read the next day. I see you’re already getting ready to read it, I shared with a smile.

Its important that we have the ability to see what is important to see, and filter out the rest. This seemingly automated system does not always work in our favor though. Sometimes we miss what is right before our eyes, overlooking what we want because we are overwhelmed with what we believe.

Sometimes, though, we step out of the way, and let a softer yet powerful image carry through, and we see with eyes wide open. There are opportunities galore in our lives, when we can see them, and many opportunities to move ahead, whether in a game or in life.

When you look into your world what do you see? Do you feel a sense of contentment that everything is the way it is meant to be, or do you have a feeling that something is off kilter? Either way, we can always open our eyes to new thoughts and ideas, and expand our conscious way of living. Now is the time to believe in a better world.
